Full Refund Eligibility

If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you'll receive a complete refund of your subscription fee. No questions asked.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Lunora subscription at any time:

  • How to Cancel: Go to your account settings and click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Access Until Period Ends: You'll retain full access until the end of your current billing period
  • No Automatic Renewal: Your subscription won't renew after cancellation
  • Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription anytime

3. Refund Eligibility & Conditions

Eligible for Refund:

  • ✓ First-time subscription within 7 days of purchase
  • ✓ Technical issues preventing service access (if unresolved within 48 hours)
  • ✓ Unauthorized charges or billing errors
  • ✓ Service not as described or materially different from advertised features

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • ✗ Refund requests after the 7-day guarantee period
  • ✗ Renewal charges (automatic subscription renewals after the initial period)
  • ✗ Partial month refunds (subscriptions are billed monthly/annually in advance)
  • ✗ Change of mind after the 7-day period has expired
  • ✗ Violation of Terms of Service or account suspension/termination
  • ✗ Free trial periods (no charges, nothing to refund)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at lunora@orochisystems.com
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your account email address
    • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
    • Date of original purchase
    • Transaction ID or receipt (if available)
  3. We'll review and respond within 24-48 hours
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Processing: 1-2 business days to initiate the refund
  • Bank/Card Processing: 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

6. Promotional Discounts & Offers

Refunds for subscriptions purchased with promotional discounts will be processed at the discounted price you paid, not the regular price. Promotional offers are subject to their own terms and conditions.

7. Disputed Charges & Chargebacks

If you believe you've been incorrectly charged, please contact us first at lunora@orochisystems.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending resolution.

8. Account Deletion After Refund

After a refund is processed, your subscription will be cancelled immediately. However, your account and conversation history will remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days. After 30 days, you can choose to delete your account permanently or reactivate your subscription.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of Lunora after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This refund policy applies to subscription purchases made directly through Lunora's website. If you subscribed through a third-party platform (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), refunds are subject to that platform's refund policies.
